How do we verify members?
The essential process of verification is to
confirm the legitimacy and existence of the
company represented by the applicant. After
filling out the registration form online, you,
as an applicant, would be asked to fax us at
+662-298-0332 (Fax) or email us at tradeleads@foodmarketexchange.com
a copy of valid business license/ commercial
registration (or the latest bank statement/reference,
utility/phone bill, or any document that can
prove his/her business' existence) for the purpose
of verification. Each submitted document should
show the company's name, address, and phone
number clearly. We will also use other resources
such as D&B, Thomas Register, Hoover’s Online
etc. to verify an applicants legitimacy. Once
the applicant is approved for membership, a
password will be issued to him/ her shortly.
Also, all leads posted by a verified member
will bear the Foodmex verified logo.

review by our staff within 2 business days,
the approved posting will remain on our lists

how can I see more details?
If you find an interesting lead and want to
see more details about the company that posted
the Lead, just click "See all details"
button. One credit will be deducted from your
account. As standard member, you have to upgrade

If I receive an inquiry, can I respond to
it?
Yes, you can. You should first click on the
specific trade lead of your interest in your
Inbox "Response Alert" to read
the response message, and then reply to the
inquiring party by typing in your message in
the provided message box on the same page. Once
you hit the "Reply" button,
one credit will be deducted from your account
and your message will be forwarded directly
to the counter party's registered email address.
Also, a copy of your message will be forwarded
to your email address for the purpose of reference.

to your posted leads or You can click "Response
Alert" on your personal inbox. You
would be able to view all response messages
to your own trade leads from any potential trading
partners. It works just like your own mailbox.

How can I change my password?
After signing in the Member Login area in the
Trade Leads section, you can click the link
"Change Password". You would
be asked to type in your new password in the
first box, and you would have to re-confirm
it by re-typing your new password in the second
box. In order to execute your request, you have
to hit the "Submit" button. The system
will then automatically replace your old password
with the new one. Next time when you sign in
the Trade Leads section, you can use your new

You may click the link "Forgot Your
Password" in the Member Login area,
and then type your e-mail address in the blank
box before pressing the "Submit" button.
