inspections, or process validation testing, that their
sourced goods are safe, wholesome and of the highest quality.
Dan Brooks established IFT in 1992 as an American/Thai
joint-venture company in Bangkok, Thailand. Since that
time IFT has grown to be an internationally recognized
food technology-consulting firm serving major clients
exporting and importing foods form the Asia region. Starting
from a staff of two, IFT now employs five food technologists
and an administrative staff of three at its headquarters
in the central business district of Bangkok. |
