The challenge :
All food has its unique fragrance. Combined in a meal, the various ingredients complement each other to fashion a beautiful bouquet of fragrances. Stuck together in a fridge, however, the various fragrances combine to an unusual and unwanted odor. Fish and dairy products are packed in between fruit, exotic foods, dog or cat food and vie for attention. What is worse, fragrances rub off on each other. As a result, dairy products begin to smell like onions and pudding takes on the smell of dog or cat food.

Traditional remedies
The above challenge is nothing new. However, the growing globalization adds to the problem, as people eat a greater variety of foods.
