frozen tuna. |

A tariff rate quota exists for imports
of canned tuna not packed in oil. This quota is calculated
based on 20 percent of all U.S packed canned tuna during
the previous year. Imports within the quota are dutiable
at 6 percent ad valorem while imports in excess of the
quota are dutiable at 12.5 percent ad valorem. |
