Remark : The authorized persons of the committee
of a company/ a limited partnership sign their names to
certify truly and put a stamp of the company on all copies

3) Inspection of customs privileges and

3.1) The request for Form A of a certificate must be proceeded

registration (yearly extension of Form A).
3.2) To submit the request for Form A or Form D or
Form C/O or Form GSTP of certificates is dependent on
each case.

consideration.
- The name lists of products which are certified with
Harlal mark
- A location plan of factories and sites in brief.

3 sets
with the certified copies
