Document Contact Office Expense Process Period
1) To submit a request for being an exporter within 30th November every year prior to the export at the Department of Foreign Trade
1) A case of the juristic persons

1.1) Copies of the certificates for registration to be juristic persons who have the main objectives of producing and exporting the fishery and fishery products

1.2) The details which indicates the location of business

2) A case of being the juristic persons who have fishery and fishery product factory

2.1) The above documents in 1.1., 1.2 and the details of capacity of manufacture

2.2) The copies of the licenses for the factory enterprises (RNg.4) from the Ministry of industry

2) To apply for being a member of the Thai Frozen Food Association in case of the exports to The United States of America and The European Unian
1) I.D.card and house registration with one set of
copy which belong to the applicant

2) A 2 " Photo of the applicant

3) A copy of certificate which show the registration for being juristic person 1 copy

4) A copy of the certificate of registration as a shareholder of
a company (Not longer than 6 months after certified)

5) A copy of memorandum of assciation and a copy of the name list of shareholders (A case of Company Limited)

6) A copy of value added tax registration (P.P.20)

7) A copy of whe licenses for factory enterprises (R.Ng.4)

8) A copy of rental agreement (If rental)

9) A copy of the license for food production (The Food and Drug Administration)

  Remark : The authorized persons of the committee of a company/ a limited partnership sign their names to certify and put a stamp of the company on all copies
     
3) Inspection of customs privileges and the requests for the origin of goods.

3.1) The request for Form A of a certificate must be proceeded by registration (yearly extension of Form A).

3.2) To submit the request for Form A or Form D or Form C/O or Form GSTP of certificate is dependent on each case
1) A copy of the registration certificate of corporation is expired within 6 months.

2) A copy of value added tax registration (PP.20)

3) A copy of license for factory enterprises (Type R.Ng.4) in the
case of a production factory.
1) A copy of Commercial Invoice
2) A copy of the ocean bill of lading (B/L) or Air Waybill or other bill
3) A certificate for the proportion rates of capital costs in general
production of goods.

4) To request for the certificates of quality quarantee from agencies in accordance with the determination of trading partner countries

4.1) Certificate of Analysis/ Health certificate
4.2) Samitary Certificate
4.3) Mercury Certificate


A case of the exports to the European Union except to Italy and the Benelux Countries

- to request a quality certificate in accordingly to No.4.1 and No.4.2

- A case for the goods, which is produce from the production factories, is approved by
department of fisheries and is on the list which have been in formed at The Customs Department, at Ministry of commerce. In this respect, the certificate in not be identified in
according No.4.2

In case of exporting goods to Italy Request the certificate in according to No.4.1, 4.2 and 4.3 except for the export of cooked shrimps and squids which exporters are not required to request the certificate in according to No.4.3

A case to request the certificate from Department of Fisheries
1. Evidences for submittion to request for sanitary factory inspection

1) A copy of a certificate to being a juristic person from Ministry of commerce

2) A copy of certificate of commercial registration

3) A copy of certificate for company registration

4) A copy of the factory construction licence and the factory enterprises licence from the Ministry Industry and a copy of food producing licence from the Ministry of Public Health
(If available)

5) A full powers letter of attorney to coordinate and certify copies.

6) Evidence for being a member of the Thai Frozen Food Association for frozen aquatic factory , evidence for being a member of the Processed Foods Association for canned food factory

7) Requesting letter for factory inspection to the Department
of Fisheries


A case of requesting a certificate for the result of analysis from Department of Medical Sciences

1) A delivery order of the sample of food for analysis

2) A request for a certificate for the quality of exported food

- The export of frozen shrimps requires the certificate in according to No.1 From
Department of Fisheries except for the sterilized food

- The export of frozen squids requires the certificate in according to No.4.1 and 4.2
from Department of Fisheries and office of Atomic Energy for Peace

A case of export to the United States of America Requires the certificate in according to No.4.1and 4.2 from Department of Fisheries except that the goods which is produced from the production factories, is approved by Department of Fisheries and is on the lists at
the Customs Department, requires a request for the certificate
A case of the export to Japan
Requires the certificate in according to No.4.1
and 4.2 from Department of Medical Sciences

A case of the export to other countries
Requires inspection of the stipulated instruction
on an invoice from the agency which has issued
the certificate

A case of a request for the result of analysis from office of Atomic Enegy for peace
