Catching

Thailand’s catching
Thailand’s squid catching has been fluctuating slightly for the past 10 years, but overall it shows a slightly increasing trend, in line with the rise in world catching. Thai catching has stood at around 3-4 percent of the world total for the past 10 years. However, in 1998, the latest year on record, Thai catching increased to 4.65 percent of the total, due to a significant drop in world catching.
