Requirements by Importing Countries
Apply for certificates required by the importing countries.
To apply for GSP form A, the required documents are:
In general, there are 3 types of certificates required by
most of the importing countries;
• Certificate of Analysis or Analysis and Health Certificate
by the Fisheries Department, Department of Medical Science,
or the Office of Atomic Energy for Peace
• Sanitary Certificate by the Fisheries Department
• Mercury Certificate by the Department of Medical Science
or the Office of Atomic Energy for Peace
Selected importing countries' certificates requirements
are as follows:
USA requires (certificates issued by the Fisheries Department
)

*Both are waived if the fishery products are
- produced by factories approved by the Fisheries Department
- listed in the account of the Ministry of Commerce which
is reported to the Customs Department
