Export Procedure of Frozen Shrimp and Cuttle Fish

Membership
Membership of Thai Frozen Foods Association (TFFA) is necessary in case of exporting to USA and the European Union. Registration fee and annual membership fee is Baht 20,000 each.

How to apply?
• Applicant's Identification card and accommodation registration, originals & copies. (For individuals only)
• One 2" recent photo. (For individuals only)
• Copy of Corporate Registration
• Copy of Company Certificate issued by the Office of Company Shareholders Registration (not older than 6 months)
• Copy of Memorandum of Association and copy of Shareholders Registers of Companies
• Copy of Value Added Tax License (PHOR PHOR. 20)
• Copy of factory operation license (ROR NGOR. 4)-Copy of factory hiring contract
• Copy of food processing license from the Food and Drug Administration (FDA)

*All documents have to be authenticated with company seals and authorized signatures.
