The duck meat industry in Thailand cannot compared to other same kinds of business such as chicken which is one of the national major exports but if we take a look in particular, we will discover some interesting and promising facts about this waterfowl. Though there is not much change in terms of statistical export and there are only two major exporters in Thailand, the annual turnover is almost unbelievable and this can really draw attention from suppliers to create more competition in domestic level which will result in the global expansion. In the near future, it is believed that duck meat is going to be consumed by more people all around the world as substitution for the gradual increase in chicken price and less popularity in chicken consumption.
