Thailand's Export Tariff / Regulations

Thailand's Customs Department has classisfied herbs&spices according to the international harmonized code system. The following items are exempted from export tariff:

Extent :
There is no specific law or regulations on the herbs&spices exports. However, if the export destination country requires a phytosanitary certificate, the exporter must request for the form prior to the export date.
