| How to Cook |

Place raw rice in a cooking
pot. Rinse this rice in tap water once. |

Boil the rinsed raw rice
in 2 cups of water until thoroughly cooked. |

Remove cooked rice from
the stove. Mash the rice and set aside. |

In another pot, boil
chicken bones in 1 cup of water for 5 minutes. |

Discard the bones and
add the cooked rice into the pot with, now, the chicken
broth. |

Allow the rice to boil
for 2 mins. Add chicken and pork meat into the pot. |

Season the rice with
fish sauce. |
| |
In a serving bowl, place
a raw egg at the bottom, before pouring the boiling rice
soup over it. |

Add pepper to taste. |
| |
Garnish the rice soup
with ginger and green onions. |
