Pineapple
Fried Rice

Ingredients:
3
cups cooked rice
1
medium ripe pineapple
1/2
cup diced pineapple
1/2
cup shrimps or cooked chicken
1
tablespoon finely chopped garlic
1/4
teaspoon monosodium glutamate
1
onion cut into slices 6 tablespoon vegetable oil
1
red pepper cut into slices
1
sprig coriander
1
table spoon soy sauce
Salt
to taste
1/2
tsp ground white pepper

Method:
Cut
the pineapple in half
wide way (or length way) and
run a knife around the edge of
the pineapple and then cut the scoop out the flesh.
Heat
cooking oil in a wok
and brown garlic.
Add
shrimps or chicken
stir-fry till cooked.
Add
onion, red pepper, soy sauce, MSG, salt, pepper and
stir-fry.
Add
steamed rice and mix thoroughly,Continue stirring
for 3 minutes; add pineapple.
Stir-fry
for 2 minutes more. Adjust seasoning.
Spoon
onto serving plate.
Garnish
with coriander
sprig. Serve hot.
