Documents required for food processing association
member:

Copy of value added tax license
•
Copy of corporate registration
•
Copy of certificate corporate registration stating
the company's objective from Ministry of Commerce
(not older than 6 month)

Copy of factory operation
license
•
Copy of food processing license
•
Copy of industry processing
license
*All documents have to be authenticated and
stamped by company's authorized person.
Registration
fee:
The registration fee and annual membership
fee is 10,000 baht each for ordinary member.
And for extraordinary member is 10,000 baht
for registration fee and 6,000 baht for annual
membership fee and no cost for honorary member.
Period of time: 2-3 week.
