3.1) In the case of an exporter
who has its agricultural products for export fully
certified
-Request to be an exporter of agricultural products

-If a factory both produces and exports commodities,
it has to make a request for a certificate for
factories producing agricultural products for
export. If an exporter does not produce commodities
itself, it has to obtain a license for exporters
of agricultural products (ตอ. 2)
-For each time of export, make a request for certificates
(dependent on decision of exporters) and NOTICE
OF INTENTION TO EXPORT AGRI-FOODS (the certificates
are, for example, HEALTH CERTIFICATE, SANITARY

CERTIFICATE, MERCURY CERTIFICATE, ANALYSIS CERTIFICATE)
