Process of Coconut Oil
Coconut Jam is actually coconut milk cooked in brown
sugar and glucose. It is commonly taken as a spread,
ice cream topping, pancake syrup, sponge cake filling
etc.

Choosing matured coconuts

temp. at 78-80°C for another 35 minutes

When the temp. reaches
to 100-102°C, Adding the remaining half
of the coconut milk.
